This is an original, non-aftermarket part supplied by an authorized Breville OEM. All parts should be cleaned by hand using warm water and a gentle dish washing liquid. Abrasive cleansers, pads or cloths that can scratch the surface should not be used. This part should not be cleaned in the dishwasher.
