Enjoy pure, filtered water for your family with the RO (Reverse Osmosis) water filtration system! Featuring a 7-stage filtration process, this system is designed to provide superior water purification (6-in-1 RO filtration system plus an additional filter layer at the outlet). With a full filter tank, you can obtain 0.2L of water in just 12 seconds, or 1L in about 1 minute - significantly faster than traditional countertop water filters.
No installation is required; simply place the raw water tank on the base correctly, pressing it firmly until it sits flush without any gaps. During the water filtration process (approximately 5 minutes each time), you may hear the sound of the pump as it pressurizes the water into the RO system. The system has a raw water tank capacity of 1.2 Gal/4.7L and a filtered water tank capacity of 0.4 Gal/1.5L.
The lifespan of the RO filter element is typically 12 months on average, though this may vary depending on water conditions and usage. To extend the filter's lifespan, empty and refill the tank instead of adding water directly when changing the water.
Proper placement of the raw water tank is crucial to prevent any water leakage. Ensure the tank is situated correctly on the base and pressed down firmly without gaps. Do not add hot water above 100°F or any other strange fluids to the water tank, as this could potentially damage the tank and filter element.
Before the first use, it is recommended to flush the filtration system to ensure adequate flushing and to improve the water's taste. Follow the instructions in the manual or video to flush the system by emptying the filtered water until the raw water tank is filtered 3-5 times.
If you encounter the "E1" display while using the water filter, this is a 30-minute working time protection feature. Unplug the water filter, wait 5 minutes, refill the water tank to the maximum level, then plug it back in. Wait for the flushing and filtration process to complete, and press the Start button to try again.
If the "Change Water" indicator keeps flashing, first try lifting the water tank to add water, then reinstalling it. Ensure the white float on the side of the raw water tank rises after adding water; if it does not, gently shake the tank.
The water filtration process works as follows: raw water enters the cartridge through one side, and the remaining water after filtration is the undrinkable wastewater with high Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) that cannot pass through the RO layer. When the water level is low, the machine will prompt you to change the water, and you can then exchange the water as needed.
Thereye offers a range of RO water filters, including the ER-WP01, ER-WP03, ER-WP05, and ER-WP02 models, each with varying features and specifications to cater to different needs. All models have been tested and certified by SGS against NSF/ANSI 58 & 42 & 53, EPA 200 Standard, and FCC regulations, ensuring effective removal of contaminants from tap water.
